Everything buyers and sellers need to know about PS99 offers, in-game delivery, manual payments and seller payouts.
PS99 and Roblox
What are PS99 items?
Pet Simulator 99 items are virtual pets, eggs, fruits, enchants and other tradable items used inside the Roblox experience Pet Simulator 99.
Is PetLy part of Roblox or BIG Games?
No. PetLy is an independent player-to-player marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation or BIG Games.
How are items delivered?
After an admin approves payment, the order chat unlocks. Buyer and seller agree on a Roblox server and complete the item transfer using PS99's in-game trading tools.
Buying and selling
Can anyone list an item?
Yes. Any signed-in, non-banned member can create a listing. Listings may be reviewed for accuracy and marketplace safety, but seller identity verification is not required.
Are prices official PS99 values?
No. Every price is set by the individual seller. Item demand and in-game values can change, so review the listing and confirm the exact variant before paying.
What can sellers receive payouts through?
Sellers can save PayPal, GCash, local bank, crypto, or Robux payout details. Admins process and track each payout manually after an eligible completed order.
Payments and safety
How does payment approval work?
Choose an available payment method, pay using the displayed instructions, and upload a readable receipt or transaction reference. An admin checks the amount, recipient and reference before approval.
When does chat unlock?
Order chat unlocks only when the payment is approved and the order becomes Paid. It remains available for completed or disputed orders.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a guided dispute from your dashboard, choose a reason and describe the issue. Both sides can use order chat while an admin reviews the evidence and records a visible resolution.
Can I trade outside PetLy?
PetLy can only review payments, messages and actions recorded in the marketplace. Moving a deal outside the order flow removes those protections.
