By using PetLy you agree to the terms below.

1. Virtual goods only

PetLy facilitates trades of in-game Pet Simulator 99 virtual items. PetLy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or BIG Games. Items have no real-world value outside the game.

2. Manual payments

All payments are handled off-platform through the method listed at checkout (PayPal Friends & Family, cryptocurrency or gift cards). Buyers must upload accurate proof of payment. Orders remain in Pending Admin Approval until a PetLy admin verifies the proof.

3. Delivery

Once payment is approved, chat unlocks between buyer and seller. Sellers must deliver the item in-game within 24 hours of approval unless otherwise agreed in chat.

4. Disputes

Either party may flag an order for review. A flagged order enters the admin dispute queue. Admin decisions are final and may result in order cancellation, seller suspension, or account bans.

5. Prohibited conduct

No chargeback fraud, duplicated or exploited items, off-platform payment requests before approval, harassment, or impersonation. Violations may lead to permanent removal.

6. Fees and refunds

Refunds are only issued when an admin rules in a buyer's favour on an undelivered order. Payments already confirmed as delivered are non-refundable.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. PetLy may verify, restrict or ban accounts to protect the marketplace.
